Purpura

About the Disease
Purpura, also known as purpuric disorder, is related to thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura and henoch-schoenlein purpura, and has symptoms including flushing, hemoptysis and icterus. An important gene associated with Purpura is ADAMTS13 (ADAM Metallopeptidase With Thrombospondin Type 1 Motif 13), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Disease and TGF-Beta Pathway. The drugs Azathioprine and Clarithromycin have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skin, bone marrow and t cells, and related phenotypes are no effect and no effect
