Tularemia, also known as francisella tularensis infection, is related to oculoglandular tularemia and ulceroglandular tularemia. An important gene associated with Tularemia is SLC11A1 (Solute Carrier Family 11 Member 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are MIF Mediated Glucocorticoid Regulation and Innate Immune System.
